This notice applies to the Pikolo website, its tools, account features and related support. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Pikolo, operator of Creator Brief Checker. If you submit a brief on behalf of an organisation, that organisation is responsible for ensuring it has a lawful basis and authority to provide the content for processing.

• Brief content: text you paste, text extracted from an uploaded file, your edits, answers and review decisions.
• Account information: your email address, authentication records and reviews you explicitly save.
• Technical and usage information: random first-party visitor and session identifiers, route templates, device class, broad traffic source, file format, approximate input-length and duration ranges, finding categories and actions taken. We do not put brief text, submitted URLs, video titles, creator names, brand or game searches, emails, IP addresses or report addresses into product analytics.
• Interest registrations: an email address if you choose to provide one for a planned product feature.
• Marketing preferences: your current choice, the notice shown, when and where you made the choice, and any later withdrawal.

If you actively opt in, Pikolo may send product news, offers and relevant promotional emails, use your email address through advertising platforms to reach or exclude matching audiences, and contact you about a possible case study involving your organisation. The advertising platform receives the identifier for that stated matching purpose; hashing an identifier does not make it anonymous.

Consent is optional and is not required to create an account or use Pikolo. You can change or withdraw it at any time in Marketing preferences. Withdrawal stops future promotional use and audience uploads, but does not erase the record that consent was previously given. Pikolo will not publish your organisation’s name, brand, logo, quotes, content or results in a case study without separate written approval for the final material.

DOCX, PDF and TXT files are read locally in your browser. The original file is not sent to our servers, but its extracted text is sent to our server-side analysis service, through the Lovable AI Gateway, and to Google Gemini 3.8 Flash to produce findings and suggested wording. Brief text is not deliberately included in product analytics. Do not submit information that is unnecessary for the review.

• Provide the review, suggested wording, exports and saved-review features you request.
• Authenticate users, secure the service, prevent abuse and troubleshoot failures.
• Understand content-free usage patterns and improve service quality and reliability.
• Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Depending on applicable law, we rely on performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, consent where requested, and compliance with legal obligations.

Your brief, findings and edits are kept in this browser tab's session storage. They are cleared when the browser session ends, or discarded when next read after 60 minutes without activity. Save review stores the original and revised brief, findings, internal context, campaign understanding and readiness data in your account until you delete that review. Account and security records may be retained as needed for service operation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal compliance. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups.

Lovable Cloud provides application hosting, authentication and saved-review storage. The Lovable AI Gateway routes brief text to Google Gemini 3.8 Flash for AI analysis. Lovable states that its provider agreements restrict third-party training and retention, but we do not publish a verified Google-specific retention period for these requests. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, during a corporate transaction, or with your direction. We do not sell brief content.

Submit the campaign information only if your organisation permits processing by AI. Do not submit credentials, private keys, unnecessary personal, regulated data or confidential information. This includes unreleased builds, embargoes, pricing, commercial terms and campaign strategy. The service is not a contractual confidentiality environment or a substitute for your organisation's approval and access controls.

This service currently runs on a Lovable Pro workspace. Lovable's published policy states that Free and Pro workspace data may be used to develop or improve AI models unless the workspace owner opts out. We do not currently publish confirmation that this project's opt-out is enabled. Operational providers may also keep limited service, security and error records under their own applicable terms. Do not rely on this service as a zero-retention or no-training environment.

We use technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect information, including access controls and restricted saved-review access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours; where required, transfers are handled using recognised legal safeguards.

You can use Pikolo tools without saving a report where the tool offers anonymous use, and can delete account-saved material from the relevant history page. You can change promotional consent through Marketing preferences. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

The service is for professional use and is not directed to children. We may update this notice as the service or applicable law changes; the date above identifies the current version. Pikolo has not yet published its registered legal entity, service address or a monitored privacy, security and procurement contact. Until those details are published, the service is not ready for procurement processes that require a named contracting entity or formal data-rights contact.
