If something on pikolo.games uses work you own, misuses a brand, shows your personal information, or states something inaccurate, tell us here and we will review it.

What you can ask for

    Work you own or represent — art, footage, screenshots, text — appears on Pikolo.

  • Trademark or brand misuse

    A logo, brand name or game title is used in a way the rights holder objects to.

  • Personal data removal

    Your name, likeness, channel or quoted comment appears and you want it removed.

  • Factual correction

    Information Pikolo holds about a game, studio or brand is inaccurate.

Only pages on pikolo.games

We can only act on content we host. Every address you submit must be a page on pikolo.games; anything else is rejected by the form. For content on another site, contact that site or its host.

How a request moves

  1. 1You send the requestOne form. Tell us who you are, which pikolo.games pages are involved and what you want done.
  2. 2You get a private tracking linkThe link is shown on screen as soon as the request is saved. Save it — it is the only way back into your request, and you can reply on it at any time.
  3. 3We review itWe check the claim, ask for anything missing through the tracking link and action the pages where the request is valid.
  4. 4The outcome is recordedThe decision, and anything we removed or corrected, appears on your tracking page. Copyright decisions can be answered with a counter-notice.

Sworn statements

Copyright and trademark claims require a good-faith statement, a statement made under penalty of perjury and a typed signature. Knowingly false claims carry legal consequences and requests that abuse this process are marked as such and not actioned.

What we do with your details

Your name, email and the details of the claim are stored so the request can be reviewed and answered, and are visible only to Pikolo. They are never published on the site. See the Privacy notice and Data handling pages.
